By downloading, installing, or using SCENVO, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
SCENVO uses the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Embedded Player. By using SCENVO, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and all applicable YouTube policies.
SCENVO does not own YouTube content. YouTube and respective publishers own all videos, thumbnails, trademarks, and metadata accessed via the YouTube Data API. Content availability may change at any time.
For SCENVO-licensed content: SCENVO owns or holds written streaming rights to all titles distributed via Mux Video or Google Drive. Each title requires confirmation of rights before publication.
You may use SCENVO to: discover and browse public YouTube content; watch videos through the official YouTube Embedded Player; watch SCENVO-licensed content; and manage your local Likes, My List, and Watch History.
You must not: extract, copy, download, or redistribute YouTube content; reverse-engineer SCENVO or YouTube API responses; bypass DRM or access controls; access private YouTube data; violate YouTube Terms; or commercially exploit YouTube metadata.
SCENVO does not support offline playback, audio-only background playback, or downloading of YouTube videos in any form. YouTube content is streamed in real time via the Embedded Player.
SCENVO is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of search results, or continued availability of specific content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naveen Goyal / Maa Labs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of SCENVO.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
