These terms cover your use of Splice & Slice (Brain Trace and Fruit Turf), a game made by Naveen Goyal (NaveenCodes by Maa Labs™). By installing or playing Splice & Slice, you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
Splice & Slice costs nothing and never will. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no paid tiers. Coins, hints, skins, trails, awards and rewards inside the game are part of play only; they have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and cannot be turned into money.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play Splice & Slice on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
Splice & Slice — including its name, design, puzzles, jelly fruit characters, graphics, animations, music, sounds and code — belongs to Naveen Goyal / NaveenCodes by Maa Labs™. The fonts used in the app are included under their own open licenses. These terms do not give you any ownership rights.
You are welcome to share the achievement cards the app creates, with friends or on social media. Please don't use them to mislead anyone, for example by editing a score.
Splice & Slice collects no personal data and works fully offline. Your progress is saved only on your device. See the Splice & Slice Privacy Policy for details. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your progress is deleted and cannot be recovered.
We may update Splice & Slice to add puzzles, arenas or events, fix bugs or improve the game, and we may change or stop offering any part of it.
Splice & Slice is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it fun and bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The in-game "IQ" score is a playful measure of puzzle progress, not a real IQ test.
To the fullest extent the law allows, NaveenCodes and Naveen Goyal are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of game progress, arising from your use of Splice & Slice. Because the app is free, our total liability is limited to zero.
Please take breaks, and in 2-player mode be gentle with the phone and each other. If you are sensitive to flashing effects or motion, turn off vibration in Settings and stop playing if you feel any discomfort.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
