Privacy Policy — MindTap

MindTap is a free puzzle game with two modes, Arrows and Box Match, built by Naveen Goyal (NaveenCodes by Maa Labs™). This policy explains how the app handles your information.

In short: MindTap does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal data. It has no ads, no accounts, no analytics, and it does not even have permission to use the internet.

Information we collect

None. MindTap never asks for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any sign-in, and it has no way to send data anywhere.

Data stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, MindTap saves the following only on your device:

Your level progress in Arrows and Box Match, best results and stats
Coins, boosters, daily reward and chest progress
Settings such as sound, music, vibration, dark mode and language

This data never leaves your phone. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone's settings.

Permissions

The only permission MindTap uses is vibration, for haptic feedback during play (you can turn it off in Settings). The app does not request internet access, camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, SMS or any other sensitive permission, and it works fully offline.

Links that leave the app

A few buttons in Settings — this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, "Rate us" and "Contact us" — open your web browser, the Google Play Store or your email app. Those are separate apps and services with their own privacy policies; MindTap itself sends nothing.

Children's privacy

MindTap is suitable for players of all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it does not knowingly collect information from children or anyone else, consistent with the Google Play Families policy and laws such as COPPA and the GDPR.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your on-device progress is fully under your control through your phone's app settings.

Changes to this policy

If this Privacy Policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
