Terms of Service — MindTap

These terms cover your use of MindTap, a puzzle game made by Naveen Goyal (NaveenCodes by Maa Labs™). By installing or playing MindTap, you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

In short: MindTap is free forever — no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions. Play it, enjoy it, and please don't copy or resell it.

1. Free to play, forever

MindTap costs nothing and never will. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no paid tiers. Coins, boosters, chests and rewards inside the game are part of play only; they have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and cannot be turned into money.

2. Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play MindTap on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

3. What you agree not to do

Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it
Resell, rent or publish MindTap, its levels, art, sounds or code as your own
Use the app in any unlawful way

4. Ownership

MindTap — including its name, design, levels, graphics, animations, sounds and code — belongs to Naveen Goyal / NaveenCodes by Maa Labs™. The fonts and icons used in the app are included under their own open licenses. These terms do not give you any ownership rights.

5. Your data

MindTap collects no personal data and works fully offline. Your progress is saved only on your device. See the MindTap Privacy Policy for details. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your progress is deleted and cannot be recovered.

6. Updates and availability

We may update MindTap to add levels, fix bugs or improve the game, and we may change or stop offering any part of it. Updates may be needed to keep playing smoothly.

7. No warranty

MindTap is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it fun and bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NaveenCodes and Naveen Goyal are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of game progress, arising from your use of MindTap. Because the app is free, our total liability is limited to zero.

9. Health and safety

Please take breaks. If you are sensitive to flashing effects or motion, you can turn off vibration in Settings and stop playing if you feel any discomfort.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
